Our 16,000 sq. ft. facility features 9 exam rooms, 2 (soon to be 4) surgical suites, in-house MRI, helical CT, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and ultrasound. Our staff specialists, available for consultation, include internal medicine, surgery, neurology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology. We offer 24/7 care with a fully staffed, highly trained, intensive care unit.    Veterinary Cardiologist        

Sugar Land Veterinary Specialists (SLVS) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible cardiologist to join our multi-specialty referral practice located in Sugar Land, TX, a thriving suburb of Houston. 

Our 16,000 sq. ft. facility features 9 (soon to be 12) exam rooms, 2 (soon to be 4) surgical suites, in-house MRI, helical CT, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and ultrasound. We offer 24/7 care with a fully staffed intensive care unit and have an excellent team of veterinary nurses and client care specialists that provide professional and compassionate care for our patients and our clients.

Client Care Specialist (Front Desk)

We are in search of a full-time client service professional that is able to combine passion for pets with compassionate client service for their owners. Candidate must have at least 1 year experience in a veterinary setting, as well as client service experience. This position requires some flexibility in the schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

Veterinary Technician – Emergency & Critical Care

Compensation: Commensurate with experience & above industry standards

We are in search of experienced Veterinary Technicians for our ECC section; candidates must possess the skills necessary to provide quality patient care and compassionate client service for their owners. We prefer applicants who have attained LVT status and/or 2+ years experience in a veterinary setting, as well as client service experience. This position is in our ECC section and requires flexibility of schedule; regular hours are weekends, overnights, and holidays. This is an excellent opportunity for a person meeting the above requirements to grow and develop in emergency medicine. Our technicians are taught advanced skills and expected to exhibit autonomy and a willingness to learn, leading to a fulfilling career.

Due to a growing Surgery section with an additional surgeon on our team, we are in search of experienced Veterinary Technicians for our ICU section to care for the many patients that spend time with us from all specialties and emergency. Candidates must possess the skills necessary to provide quality patient care and compassionate client service for their owners. We prefer applicants who have attained LVT status and/or 2+ years experience in a veterinary setting. This position is in our ICU section and requires flexibility of schedule; regular hours are weekends, overnights or swing shifts, and holidays. This is an excellent opportunity for a person meeting the above requirements to grow and develop in specialty medicine. Our technicians are taught advanced skills and expected to exhibit independence and willingness to learn and grow.
