Alicia WilliamsSenior Hospital Administrator
Alicia graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University. She began working in veterinary medicine in Las Vegas, NV in 2002 as a receptionist and a veterinary assistant. She has worked in general practice, emergency and critical care and the Texas A&M small animal hospital intensive care unit. Alicia joined the surgery team at SLVS in 2010. She became the ICU Coordinator in 2011 and Director of Nursing in 2012. She enjoys backpacking and just having fun with her family which includes her red-tailed boa, “Lilith” and two crazy cats, “Mitz” and “Mew”.

Originally from Dallas, TX, Rani moved to the Sugar Land area 6 years ago. Rani has over 10 years of healthcare experience working in human medicine in various administrative positions. Rani has a passion for exemplary customer service and client satisfaction. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children, watching football (GO Texans!) and cooking.
Cicely Solanic - AlvarezAdministrative Office Manager
Originally from Monroe, Lousiana, in a family of 5 siblings, Cicely came to the Sugar Land area when she was 10. She now lives in Rosenberg with her husband, 2 children and 4 dogs, Trace, Kona, Boss & Prince. She loves spending her spare time coaching baseball and softball and fishing with her family at the Bay.
Robyn WattsRVT, Director of Nursing, Surgery & Neurology Manager
Robyn Watts is a graduate of the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in Denver, CO. She received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Veterinary Technology in December of 1998. She is a nationally certified veterinary technician and also holds state certification in MD. She has a long career in the veterinary specialty field. She held the head surgical technician position for 8 years at Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists in Maryland. She then continued her career at the University of Pennsylvania’s Matthew J. Ryan Small Animal Hospital where she specialized in small animal anesthesia. She has hosted/taught many CE courses in the Houston area on CPCR and anesthesia practices. She has also done volunteer work with Pets on Wheels, VetPets Therapy Associations, and World Vets. She represented SLVS as part of the Best Friends team in Nicaragua during world rabies day and helped with anesthesia during the weeklong trip for free spay and neuters on over 500 patients. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling, and many creative endeavors. Whenever possible her family and dogs, Ember and 5/8, travel with her on her outdoor adventures all over the country.
