Not Sure If You Need To Bring In Your Pet?
With our Teletriage service we can connect you directly to one of our teams so that they can help you decide if your pet’s issue is an emergency, or if continued monitoring at home is the right call. And if you do need to come in to see us, your televet fee will be applied to the cost of the visit.
However, following current legal standards for veterinary care, we cannot give a diagnosis or treatment recommendations unless you’ve seen one of our doctors within the last 18 months.

When you need us, create a consultation request detailing your pet’s issue. Upload any pictures or videos, instant message, and talk with us face to face through a video conference to ensure that our doctors have all the information they need to help your pets.
